Avaria Press
Privacy notice
Updated October 18, 2026
This notice explains how Avaria Press uses information associated with this website, customer questions, and book orders. Avaria Press is operated by Andrew O’Darius Rollinson. Contact andrewodarius@gmail.com with a privacy question or request.
Order and contact information
When you order a book or contact us, we use the information you provide, such as your email address, name, payment confirmation, and correspondence, to handle the order, send delivery updates, provide the book, answer questions, and process cancellations or refunds.
We may also use order records for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Payment processing
When paid preorders open, Stripe processes payments through its hosted checkout. Payment card information is entered through Stripe rather than a card form operated by this static website. Stripe provides payment and order information to the seller as needed to administer the purchase.
For information about Stripe’s handling of personal information, see Stripe’s privacy policy.
Website hosting and email delivery
This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting service may process connection information and usage analytics to operate and protect the website. Email service providers process messages used for order updates, digital delivery, and customer support.
We have not added a separate advertising tracker to this page. The current page does not include a newsletter signup. Buying a book does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
Information sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers as needed for payments, hosting, email, fulfillment, and support, or disclosed where required by law. We retain information as needed to fulfill and support orders, administer business records, and meet applicable obligations.
Your questions and requests
Email andrewodarius@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct the email address on an order, or make a privacy request. We may need to verify that a request relates to your own order or information.
For delivery, cancellation, and refund information, see the preorder terms.
